By accessing and using Relio's real estate CRM platform and related services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Relio is a real estate CRM platform that elevates your prospecting and lead management. It is a one-stop solution for all your real estate needs, providing tools and services to help real estate professionals manage their business operations, leads, and customer relationships.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and information

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use Policy

Late Payments

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not affect existing subscription periods.

Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience planned or unplanned downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to users.

Our Services may integrate with third-party applications and services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or terms of such third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RELIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL RELIO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO RELIO IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will cease, and you must discontinue use of the Services. We may, but are not obligated to, delete your account and data.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Relio individually. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Relio regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or other similar cause beyond our reasonable control.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
